  1. Mix three cups of curd with salt, paprika, biryani masala, chillies, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, mint, coriander leaf and lemon juice
  2. Marination: Cut paneer into cubes, cut capsicum and onions and add them to the curd mixture
  3. Leave the marinated paneer for 1 hr
  4. Boil water with jeera, star anise, jawatri, pepper, cardamom, bay leaf and cloves
  5. Once water is boiled add required salt and rice to cook the rice up to 70%
  6. Drain water from half cooked rice and keep it seperately
  7. Take the bowl in which biryani is being cooked.
    Add 2 tbsp oil and fry onion, once the onion is fried to golden brown color switch off the stove and add marinated paneer
  8. Add the half cooked rice as a layer.
    Add saffron milk on the rice layer
    Also add coriander leaves and mint on top of rice layer
  9. Cover the rice with two kitchen napkins to make sure the steam stays in
  10. Switch on the stove, keep it in medium flame.
    Close the lid and leave it for 30 minutes
