- Golden fry onion in oil save half quantity on kitchen roll.
- Add ginger garlic paste and prawns bhonify until raw smell gone let the prawns out on a plate
- Add yoghurt, biryani masala, and tomatoes and cook until dry
Add prawns green chilles,Coriander and mint and remove from heat - Boil rice with salt and whole gram masala and strain when they not fully done(aik kanni)
- In a large pot put little amount of biryani masala spread well in base
- Add half quantity of rice spread the biryani masala over it.Add the remaining rice on top.Top it with onion which save earlier and food colour dissolve in kewra water.Let it on dum for 10min
