  15. 1 cup For rice Rice

Steps to make to make Rajma-rice

  1. Soak the kidney beans overnight and then boil.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil and then hing and cumin seeds.
  3. Add onions and cook it till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add tomato puree, salt, turmeric, red chilli, green chilli and curd. Mix well and cook.
  5. Add garam masala and mix well. Cook well till it leaves oil. Add ragma in it and some water. Boil for 15 minutes on medium flame.
  6. Rajma is ready.
  7. For rice soak the rice in water for half hour. Take a vessel half fill with water and boil. Add rice in it and cook.
  8. Rain the excess water. Rice is ready.
