  1. Wash and soak rice for half an hour
  2. Now wash and clean intestine.
  3. Now mix egg white and salt.
  4. Now boil 2 cup water.
  5. Now fill egg white in intestine with help of funnel.

  7. Now cook it in boiling water for ten minutes.

  13. Now mix saffron threads in 1/4 cup hot milk.
  14. Now let the rice get 80 percent cooked.
  15. Now remove intestine from egg.
  16. Now add green peas,Moti,fried cashew and garam masala in it.

  18. Now add fried onion,kewra essence, saffron milk and coriander leaves in it.
  19. Now garnish it with silver work paper.
  20. Serve hot with RAITA and salad.
