Instructions to make to make Farali dhokla
- Grind the sama rice in a grinder.
Grind the sabudana separately.
Add both the flour in a bowl. Add salt, green chilli paste, ginger paste and yoghurt and mix well. Add water and mix. The batter should look of a thick consistency. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. Blitz it in a blender to get a smooth paste.


- In a steamer add about two glasses of water and bring it to boil.
Grease a plate with oil to steam the dhokla.


- Transfer the batter in a bowl and add eno and 1 teaspoon of water and mix it well. Transfer the batter in the plate and place it in the steamer. Cover and steam for 20 minutes.



- After 20 minutes remove from the steamer and let it cool. Once cool remove from the plate and make desired shape pieces. Leave it aside and prepare for tadka.
- Add 2 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves. Once it starts spluttering add water, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon sugar. Turn off the gas and pour the tadka on top of the dhokla.
