  1. First of all take 2 cup dry Handva Mixture soak them in curd/buttermilk /one lemon and some water overnight

  3. Add all spices to the mixture and spread the tadka of mustard, Cumin, Sesame seeds and mix them well and add pinch of baking soda to the mixture.
  4. Add some chopped coriander leaves and mix them well
  5. Now you can make this as pan cake as well as in Appam stand too
  6. Grease the stand and pour 1tsp of the batter in each and keep the stand and cook them for about 5-10 minutes by flipping both the sides.
  7. Do serve them with Chutneys, ketchup and your beverage
