  22. 2 tbsp oil
  23. 2 tbsp butter or ghee
  24. 2 tbsp cashew powder
  25. to taste Salt
  26. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  27. 1 tsp sugar
  28. 1 cup tomato puree
  29. 2 tbsp chopped green garlic
  30. 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

Steps to make to make Paneer Masoor dal Curry

  1. In a bowl, mix paneer with all of the ingredients for the paneer marinade, let marinate for 1 hr.
  2. Heat a pan and roaste all the dry speices and transfer it into mixture jar and add the other paste ingredients and make a paste. Don't use water while grinding.

  4. Now combine the paneer and remaining ingredients into that gravy, cover it with lid and cook for 10- 15 min. Add required amount of water,sugar, salt, red chilli powder and last add Coriander leaves and serve it with steam rice or roti.
