  1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15mints. Soak rice for 30mints.In a bowl add 1/2cup curd,1tsp cumin powder, 1tsp turmeric powder, salt, 1tsp coriander powder,ginger,garlic,green chili paste & mix well.
  2. Squeeze the soya chunks and marinate with mixed masala for 15mints. After 15mints, heat a pan; add 2tbsp ghee and oil,whole spices & fry them.
  3. Then add chopped onion, tomato paste & fry for few mints.Then add 1tsp cumin powder, 1tsp coriander powder, salt,cashew and raisin. mix for 2mints. Then add marinated soya. Cook for 5mints. Now add soaked rice & mix it.
  4. Then add water,salt to taste,garam masala powder,sugar & cover it for 15-20 mints in low medium flame. At last add chopped coriander leaves and again let it rest for 15mints. Finally it is ready to serve.
