- 1 tap coriander powder
- pinch turmeric
- pinch garam masala
- pinch cumin pwder
- fresh coriander for garnish
- fresh chillies for garnish
- oil as required
Steps to make to make Kadi khichri and aloo qeema
- RICE. boil three cup water in a pot
- Add salt and turmeric in it
- Add already soaked rice and daal
- Boil it than strain it
- Again transfer it in pot add fried onions along with it's ghee
- Put it on dum.kichri is ready
- Kadi. in a blender add yoghurt.coriander leaf.green chillies cocunt. baisan and grind it
- In pan add oil
- Add curry leaf cumin seeds
- Let it pop
- Pour yogurt mixture in it
- If u want u can add water too
- For qeema
fried onions and keep them aside - Add ginger garlic red chilli coriander powder turmeric
- Than add chop tomatoes and cook it finely
- Add in weeks and cook
- Now add crushed fried onions
