- Marinate the mutton with curd, coriander powder, chilli power, lemon juice and salt. Refrigerate for 1 hr. After one hr keep it in cooker with 2 cup of water and give 4 whistle.


- To Make mutton masala, roast all the masala items which is listed under to grind


- In pan add oil, then add onion first and wait till it's turn into golden colour the add bay leaves
